Volunteers: We couldn’t do this all ourselves and greatly appreciate help from the BackYard Jazz “community.” We need volunteers who, apart from donating to support the musicians, also donate a small amount of time to assist with parking, setup/cleanup, etc.; because volunteers arrive early, volunteers get the best parking spaces and reserved seats at the concert. A few may also help out with snacks, or selling CD’s for artists. Usually, people just naturally pitch in at house concerts anyway, and we try to keep it casual. This form just helps us all plan ahead.
For the first concert, April 25th, please arrive 1 hour early - we’ll adjust the time after the first concert – to help set up/help with parking/help with snacks, or sell CDs, etc.
Use this form to volunteer. In the Subject line , please type the Date of the concert for which you are volunteering, and the word “Volunteer” e.g., April 25 Volunteer. Helps me recognize your email and direct it to a special mailbox. You’ll get special reminder about a week before the concert.
